A resident of the Tampa Bay area for 30 years, Joe Bell began a career in the mortgage industry in 2001 as a mortgage consultant for Funding America Mortgage in St. Petersburg and is currently a licensed realtor and mortgage broker/owner of the Tampa branch of Mt. Olive Financial, Inc. Bell is also a member in good standing with the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors.

A finance major at the University of Maryland, Bell entered the field of broadcast advertising sales with NBC in Washington, D.C. followed by twenty years of sales and management within the broadcast industry.

All loans are processed by Gail Green, a veteran of over 30 years in the mortgage industry. Gail is recognized as an industry leader, documented by numerous awards from America's largest banks and lenders for acheivements in loan processing.
